Props Master

Responsible for purchasing, acquiring, manufacturing, properly placing, and/or overseeing any props needed for a production. Sometimes design and make props mymself.

Scenic Carpenter

A stagehand who builds sets and stage elements. Responsibilities include methods of reproduction of color, texture, preparation and aging of all surfaces. 

Art Department Assistant

Much of an assistant’s work is in the preparation before filming. This involves helping with the sourcing and purchasing of materials, as well as the building, painting and finishing of props.
